Since 2007 I have kept myself busy in the kitchen perfecting my cupcake recipes.
Here are a few of my favorites.
Although I am not an official business - With a Cherry on Top is just my little hobby nickname - I do take local orders for various occasions. I don't think you can buy gourmet cupcakes anywhere for just $2 and I've looked.

Chocolate Covered Cherry

Cherry chiffon cake filled with a creamy cherry filling with a layer of chocolate ganache and topped with cherry cream cheese frosting and a chocolate covered cherry

Raspberry Rose

White cake with a creamy raspberry filling and a cream cheese frosting scented with rose water and topped with opal sugar sprinkles and small pink hearts

Sweet Lemon-Lime

Tangy lemon-lime cake with a sweet lemon filling and topped with a layer of lemon mousse and a dollop of whip cream and a strip of lime rind

Dark Twist

Orange cake with dark chocolate chunks and topped with orange cream cheese frosting made with freshly squeezed oranges and drizzled with dark chocolate orange sauce and chocolate sprinkles

Peanut Butter Fudge

Dark chocolate or milk chocolate cake with creamy fudge filling covered in ganache and topped with a cream cheese peanut butter frosting with peanuts and drizzled chocolate

Peppermint Red Velvet

Traditional red velvet cupcake filled with a creamy chocolate ganache center and topped with white chocolate peppermint cream cheese frosting, white chocolate curls and crushed peppermints

Double Mint Fudge

Dark chocolate or milk chocolate cake with a creamy mint fudge filling topped with a mint cream cheese frosting and dark chocolate shavings

Mexican Hot Chocolate

Dark chocolate and cinnamon cake with a creamy chocolate center and topped with vanilla whip cream and cherry sprinkled with cinnamon

Dark Chocolate Rasperry Cream

Dark chocolate cake with creamy fudge filling covered in ganache and topped with a cream cheese raspberry frosting and a fresh raspberry

Strawberry Chocolate

Dark chocolate or milk chocolate cake with creamy fudge filling covered in ganache and topped with a strawberry cream cheese frosting

Pink Snowball

Dark chocolate cake with a cream center and topped with fluffy marshmallow cream and pink coconut

Rum Raisin

Yellow rum cake baked with raisins and maraschino cherries, coated with milk chocolate and topped with chocolate rum cream cheese frosting

The Turtle

Milk chocolate cake with caramel bits baked in. Filled with a thick caramel center with a layer of chocolate caramel genache and topped with chocolate butter cream frosting and a sugared pecan

Banana Split

Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry layered cake filled with a creamy chocolate banana center and coated with ganache and topped with vanilla whip cream, chopped peanuts and a cherry

White Chocolate

Rich and spongy white cake made with pure chocolate extract coated in white chocolate ganache and topped with a silky whipped cream and white chocolate curls

Tropical Lime

Fresh lime and coconut cake filled with a smooth lime filling and topped with coconut meringue
